1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in Germany or another country within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order contains several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you receives the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning Products After Withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

3. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect and handle a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, similar to what would normally be possible in a physical store.
Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned with:

4. Return Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery on orders placed through jlkdsc.shop.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal simply because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us before returning it.
Where we are legally responsible for the issue, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us or appropriate return arrangements will be provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.
5. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments that must be refunded under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until:

6. Cash on Delivery Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Because COD orders are paid in cash upon delivery, refunds cannot normally be returned using the original payment method.
For an approved refund relating to a Cash on Delivery order, we may request appropriate bank account details from you so that the refund can be processed by bank transfer.
Any payment information provided for this purpose will be used only to process the relevant refund in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
